1Acceptance of Terms

• Register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information. The use of false identities is strictly prohibited.

3Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to have one (1) account only on the ap8 platform. Owning multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of credit balances without compensation.

During the registration process, you are required to:

• Provide your full legal name as it appears on a valid identification document (MyKad or passport).
• Provide an active and accessible email address, as all official communications from ap8 will be sent to this address.
• Create a strong password containing a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Provide an active Malaysian phone number for two-factor authentication (2FA) purposes.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. ap8 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your password.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Ap8 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia for your financial transaction convenience:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — Instant deposits via the TNG eWallet app.
• GrabPay — Easy payments via your GrabPay account.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account within seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the chosen method.
• Ap8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• Deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and be in the name of the ap8 account holder themselves.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to a few hours, depending on the withdrawal method.
• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Ap8 reserves the right to request additional documents to verify the source of funds before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the player's own name.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Ap8 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as stated on the Promotions page. The following are the general terms applicable to all bonus types:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus received is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x to 40x the bonus value before a withdrawal can be made. The exact rate is stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only activate one bonus at a time. A new bonus cannot be activated until the current bonus has been completed or expired.

6Game Rules

• Game results are final once recorded by the ap8 server. Any technical disruption on the user's device does not affect the integrity of results recorded on the server.
• In the event of a technical disruption to the platform during an active game, ap8 will restore the game to its pre-disruption state or re-credit the affected bets.

7User Conduct

Ap8 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable platform environment for all users. As such, all players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:

• Registering or using more than one ap8 account.
• Sharing your account login credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account.
• Using software or techniques to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform (game exploitation).
• Involvement in any form of fraud, hacking, or attempts to hack the ap8 system.
• Provoking, threatening, using offensive language, or harassing ap8 customer support staff.
• Sharing internal platform information on social media or public forums in a way that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means for deposit activities at ap8.

Violation of any of the above rules will result in appropriate action, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account freezing, depending on the severity of the breach.

8Account Closure

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your ap8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all valid credit balances will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions.

Closure by ap8: ap8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if:

• There is strong evidence that the user has violated any of the terms in this document.
• Users found to have used a false identity or invalid documents during registration or the KYC process.
• There is suspicious activity indicating an attempt at fraud or money laundering.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• There is an instruction from the relevant authorities to close the account in question.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, ap8 reserves the right to forfeit all credit balances in the account without any compensation.

9Liability Limits

Ap8 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the following situations:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond ap8's control, such as internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Losses incurred due to unauthorised access to your account caused by the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Game results that do not satisfy the player — all games operate on fair random chance.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by the bank or third-party e-wallet providers.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the ap8 platform.

Ap8's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Terms Amendment

Ap8 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. ap8 will endeavour to notify users of material changes via in-platform notifications or email to the registered address.

Continued use of the ap8 platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
